- will definitely be staying here anytime I’m in Uganda , one thing I dint like is the extra nosey stuff, like they be watching u do your stuff and I dint like the other receptionist apart from hajjati , she made my guest uncomfortable with some silly comments, that are you one of the girls who always come to visit him , so stupid of her , but besides that , the property was so good and will definitely be staying here again, say hi to hajjati receptionist , Jose housekeeping and nakalungi waiter for me,very good stuff and they made my stuff very comfortable .
- I was very disappointed that my booking through Booking.com was not honored, which forced me to pay a lot more than expected. I had booked in advance specifically to secure a fair price, but upon arrival—already tired from traveling—nothing was done to address the issue. It felt like management was more focused on money than understanding the customer’s situation.Additionally, when my flight was delayed by just two hours, I requested a late check-out for the same duration. To my surprise, the manager asked me to pay almost the full amount, which I found unreasonable and unfair.
